First, we receive your name and email address when you email us from the ‘Contact’ page, the ‘Request Screening’ page, or by emailing us directly at the email address noted above. Minors are not permitted to share any personal information with us that can identify them, such as their name and email address. Minors are not permitted to contact us, purchase our film, or request a screening without the express prior written verifiable consent of a legal guardian.

The second way that we receive information about you, is when you (a) purchase a download of our film off this website, or (b) buy a DVD of our film from this website.

With respect to (a), and (b) above, purchase information (and their related Paypal notifications) are retained by us for the purposes of taxation. We don’t have any time limits on how long these records are kept but the email notification that we receive can be deleted from our emails upon request.
